بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
Transliteration
Bismillahilladhi la yadurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa huwas-sami'ul-'alim
Translation
En el nombre de Allah, con cuyo nombre nada en la tierra o en el cielo puede causar daño, y Él es el Oyente, el Conocedor.

The Prophet (PBUH) said: 'Whoever says this 3 times in the morning will not be afflicted by any calamity until evening, and vice versa.'
