سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ، أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ
Transliteration
Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi, astaghfirullaha wa atubu ilayh
Translation
Utukufu ni wa Allah na sifa njema ni Zake. Ninaomba msamaha kwa Allah na ninatubu kwake.

Recite frequently or after gatherings
Fadhila
The Prophet (PBUH) would say this when getting up from a gathering, and Aisha (RA) noted he said it often after Surah An-Nasr was revealed.
