اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ، اشْفِهِ وَأَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا

Transliteration

Allahumma Rabban-nasi, adh-hibil-ba'sa, ishfihi wa antash-shafi, la shifa'a illa shifa'uka, shifa'an la yughadiru saqama

Translation

O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the affliction. Heal him, for You are the Healer. There is no cure except Your cure - a cure that leaves no illness behind.

When to Recite

Recite when visiting or praying for a sick person

Virtues & Benefits

The Prophet (PBUH) used to say this dua when visiting the sick and would place his right hand on the affected area.
