أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ أَنْ يَشْفِيَكَ

I ask Allah the Almighty, Lord of the Magnificent Throne, to heal you....

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، أَعُوذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ

In the name of Allah, I seek refuge in Allah's might and power from the evil of what I feel and fear....

اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَدَنِي، اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي سَمْعِي، اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَصَرِي، ل...

O Allah, grant me wellness in my body. O Allah, grant me wellness in my hearing. O Allah, grant me wellness in my sight....

لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ

There is no deity but You. Glory be to You. Indeed, I have been among the wrongdoers....

لَا بَأْسَ طَهُورٌ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ

No harm, it is a purification if Allah wills....

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبَرَصِ وَالْجُنُونِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَمِنْ سَيِّئِ الْأَسْقَامِ

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from leprosy, insanity, elephantiasis, and evil diseases....

أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، بِيَدِكَ الشِّفَاءُ، لَا كَاشِفَ لَهُ إِلَّا أَنْتَ

Remove the affliction, O Lord of mankind. In Your hand is the cure. None can remove it except You....

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ

All praise is for Allah in every condition....
