أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، بِيَدِكَ الشِّفَاءُ، لَا كَاشِفَ لَهُ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Transliteration
Adh-hibil-ba'sa Rabban-nasi, bi yadikash-shifa'u, la kashifa lahu illa anta
Translation
Ka qaad dhibaatada, Rabbil-naas. Gacantaada ayaa ku jira bogsiinta. Midna ma qaadi karo aan adiga ahayn.

Recite while placing hand on the sick person

Aisha (RA) reported that the Prophet (PBUH) would recite this when any of his family members fell ill.
